Ingredients:
Eggs - 6 (hard boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Paneer - 100 gms (grated)
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Corn flour or Besan - 250 gms
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 6 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Eggs - 6 (hard boiled)
Onion - 1 (chopped)

Method:
- Cut eggs into two. Scoop out yolk and keep the egg whites aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and saute till light brown.
- Add paneer, green chillies, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside. (you may add egg yolks to this mixture.
- Make a batter of corn flour. Add salt and pepper to it.
- Now fill paneer mixture in egg whites. Dip them in batter and roll them over bread crumbs.
- Fry all egg pieces in hot oil till they are golden in colour.
- Serve hot with ketch up.
