Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg (cut into 8-10 pieces,skin removed)
Onion - 1 cup (chopped)
Black pepper - 1 tsp (crushed)
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Tomato puree- 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2 cups
Oil - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Shallow fry chicken pieces in refined oil in a frying pan, keep aside.
- In the same pan with left over oil, fry chopped onion on high flame. Brown them; add ginger garlic paste.
- Add salt, garam masala,back pepper,tomato puree, chicken pieces and cook on a medium flame, stirring all the time for 15 minutes.
- Pour water, reduce the fame and cook for 30 minutes or till the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
