Ingredients:
Flour - 2 cups
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Mixed vegetables - 2 cups (boiled)
(carrot, french beans, green peas)
Paneer - 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oregano -2 tbsp
Fresh cream -3 tbsp
Tomato puree - 1 cup
White sauce- 1 cup
Cheese - 6 tbsp (grated)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:

White sauce- 1 cup
Cheese - 6 tbsp (grated)

Method:
- Sieve the four with salt and mix well with butter. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough and leave for one hour.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry chopped onions until soft. Add mixed vegetables, salt, chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and mix the pieces of paneer.
- Mix sugar, salt and pepper, oregano in tomato puree and bring to the boil. Boil in low flame for 10 minutes.
- Cut the dough into 10 balls. Make chapati's and cut into strips.
- Boil water in a pan, mix 1 tsp cooking oil and boil the strips for one minute. Drain and keep aside separately.
- Grease a baking dish and pour some tomato sauce into it. Arrange the strips on the sauce and spread the vegetables on it.
- Repeat the procedure; and top up with white sauce and spread grated cheese.
- Bake this mixture for 20-25 minutes at 450 F.
- Serve hot.
