Ingredients:
Tender spinach leaves - 250 gms
Sesame paste - 2 tbsp
Chilli oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Method:
Tender spinach leaves - 250 gms
Sesame paste - 2 tbsp
Chilli oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
- Pour boiling water over spinach leaves and keep for 10 minutes. Drain and chop finely.
- Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
- Add spinach and toss well.
- Chill before serving.
