SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients:
Tender spinach leaves - 250 gms
Sesame paste - 2 tbsp
Chilli oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Pour boiling water over spinach leaves and keep for 10 minutes. Drain and chop finely.
  • Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
  • Add spinach and toss well.
  • Chill before serving.
