CHEESE NOODLES

Ingredients:
Noodles - 150 gms
Cream cheese - 150-200 gms
Grated Parmesan cheese - 25 gms
Butter - 50 gms
Parsley - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Onion - 1 (small, sliced)
Eggs - 3 (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Cook the noodles in salted water until tender.
  • Strain well and add the cheese and all other ingredients, seasoning to taste.
  • Bake in a greased casserole for approximately 30 minutes in the centre of a moderate oven (375 F).
