ASPIC JELLY

Ingredients:
Gelatine - 12 gm
Boiling water - 250 ml
Castor sugar - 6 gm
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Tarragon vinegar - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Add all other ingredients.
  • Leave to cool and thicken.
  • Use as required either before or after it has set as the recipe demands.
