BOUQUET GARNI

Bouquet Garni is simply bunch of fresh or dried herbs tied together and used mainly in soups, stock and stews.

Ingredients:
Fresh parsley -4-5 sprigs
Fresh thyme- 1 sprig
Dried bay leaf - 1
Celery stalk - 3"
Fresh basil - 1 sprig
Fresh tarragon - 1 sprig
Fresh rosemary -1 sprig
Fresh cilantro -1 sprig
Leek leaf - 1 (optional)

Method:

  • Bunch the herbs and celery neatly and tie securely with the leek leaf or kitchen twine.
  • Use as directed.
