Ingredients:
Poha - 200 gms (soaked for 5 minutes and drained)
Peanuts - 125 gms
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Potato - 1 (boiled, peeled and chopped)
Salt to taste
Green chillies - 5-6
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan; add mustard and allow it to crackle.
- Add peanuts, onion, green chillies and fry o medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add potato, poha, salt and turmeric.
- Stir fry on low flame till evenly mixed.
- Switch off the flame and mix in lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
