Ingredients:
White or red cabbage - 325 gms
Carrots - 4
Celery sticks - 2
Mayonnaise or salad cream - 150 ml
Method:
White or red cabbage - 325 gms

Mayonnaise or salad cream - 150 ml
Method:
- Trim the cabbage and shred very finely.
- Grate the carrots, thinly slice the celery.
- Toss all the vegetables together with mayonnaise or salad cream until evenly coated.
- Allow to soften for an hour or so before serving.
