COLESLAW (CABBAGE SALAD)

Ingredients:
White or red cabbage - 325 gms
Carrots - 4
Celery sticks - 2
Mayonnaise or salad cream - 150 ml

Method:

  • Trim the cabbage and shred very finely. 
  • Grate the carrots, thinly slice the celery.
  • Toss all the vegetables together with mayonnaise or salad cream until evenly coated.
  • Allow to soften for an hour or so before serving.
