Ingredients:
Potatoes - 8 (medium size)
Sour cream - 2 cups
Melted butter - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Ground rosemary - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Method:
Potatoes - 8 (medium size)
Sour cream - 2 cups

Method:
- In large saucepan parboil potatoes. Drain and refrigerate.
- When potatoes are cooled, peel and cut i 1/2" slices.
- Preheat oven to 400
- In bowl, combine sour cream, butter and spices. Add potatoes to cream mixture.
- Stir gently and place i casserole dish.
- Cover ad bake 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
