Ingredients:
Okra - 250 gms
Potatoes - 250 gms
Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Method:
Okra - 250 gms
Potatoes - 250 gms
Onion - 1 medium (chopped)

Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a saucepan and fry the onions till brown.
- Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut the okra into 1/2" long pieces.
- Add the potatoes and okra pieces to the onions.
- Sprinkle with spices and salt. Toss well.
- Cover and cook on low heat till the potatoes are done. You can sprinkle some water if it gets dry.
- Serve hot, garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
