CHILLI IDLI

Ingredients:
Idlis - 4-6
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Green chillies - 2-3(finely chopped)
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Garam masala - 1/6 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat the oil in saucepan; add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies; saute till onions are translucent.
  •  Add chopped idlis, salt, ketchup and garam masala. Mix gently.
  • Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
