Ingredients:
Cold cooked rice - 500 gms
Fresh mushrooms - 125 gms (finely chopped)
Red capsicum - 1 Chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Bacon rashers - 3

Shallot flowers
Method:
Cold cooked rice - 500 gms
Fresh mushrooms - 125 gms (finely chopped)

Method:
- Heat wok, add oil and heat, add mushrooms, salt and pepper and stir fry.
- Add bacon rashers, rice and continue stir frying, add capsicum and a little green of the shallot.
- Serve garnished with deep fried prawn crisps and shallot flowers.
