Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 3/4 cup (softened)
Egg yolks - 2 (lightly beaten)
Water - 2 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Place flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Make a well i the centre and put into it in the butter, yolks, and water.
- Using your fingertips, gradually pull in the flour.
- Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and dough forms a ball. Cover.
- Chill several hours before using.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out the dough and place in a 9" pie pan.
- Prick the bottom several times with a fork.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, or until crust is crisp but not brown.
