Ingredients:
Broad bean flour - 3/4 glass
Chickpea flour - 1/2 glass
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - little
Red chilli powder - little
Flour - 1/2 glass
Olive oil - 1 glass
Method:
Broad bean flour - 3/4 glass
Chickpea flour - 1/2 glass
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - little
Red chilli powder - little

Method:
- Mix together the flours, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Add just enough water to make stiff dough.
- Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil until brown.
- Remove them and put them on absorbent paper.
- Serve with radish, onion, tomato slices.
