Ingredients:
Asparagus - 1 kg
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic clove - 1 (crushed)
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Method:
Asparagus - 1 kg

Method:
- Wash asparagus and cut off tough ends; leaving tips whole, cut stalks into short diagonal lengths.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and asparagus, cover and cook over medium heat until tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Shake pan several times during cooking.
- Stir in soya sauce, toss gently, and serve.
