Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni - 500 gms
Mozzarella cheese - 60 gms
Sharp cheddar cheese - 60 gms
Swiss cheese - 60 gms
Romano or Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp
Melted butter - 125 gms
Method:
Elbow macaroni - 500 gms
Mozzarella cheese - 60 gms

Method:
- Cook macaroni until barely tender; drain. Save 1/2 cup water.
- Put macaroni in buttered baking dish.
- Cut cheddar, mozzarella and swiss cheeses into small slivers; mix together.
- Add to macaroni; toss lightly.
- Mix butter and hot water together; pour over macaroni.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- bake about 15 minutes in 400F oven.
