Ingredients:
Calamari - 600 g
Spring onions - 400 g
Fish sauce - 4 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Chillies - 7
Garlic - 2 tsp (chopped)
Method:

Method:
- Heat the vegetable oil i a frying pan, and when hot, fry the chopped garlic until fragrant, taking care that it does not burn.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the calamari rings and simmer vigorously until almost cooked.
- At this point, add the spring onions and dress everything with the fish sauce. Simmer for another five minutes. Serve immediately.
