Soft rolls - 4 (split in half)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Minced beef - 225 gms
Baked beans - 1 small can
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tomato slices


  • Heat the oil in frying pan. Add the onion and fry until softened.
  • Add the beef and fry until browned and crumbly. 
  • Pour off all the excess fat from the pan, then stir in the baked beans, chilli seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Toast the roll halves on both sides.
  • Divide the mixture between the rolls and top with tomato slices.
  • Serve hot.
