CRUNCHY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Ingredients:
Small pasta shapes - 175 g
Salt
Pepper
Chicken meat - 175 g (cooked and diced)
Celery stick - 2 (chopped)
Red dessert apples - 2 (cored and chopped)
Mayonnaise - 6 tbsp
Walnuts - 50 g (chopped)

Method:

  • Cook the pasta shapes in boiling salted water until al dente (tender but still firm to the bite). Drain and cool.
  • Mix the pasta with the chicken, celery, apples, mayonnaise and walnuts.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill lightly before serving.
