Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cups
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Oil for frying the luchis
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Mix the maida, salt and the ghee. Add enough water to form a hard dough.
- Divide into small portions. Roll out each portion into a puri and fry in oil till they are golden brown.
