Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
Salted peanuts (or) Cashew - 1 1/2 cups (coarsely chopped)
Flour - 2 tsp
Method:
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Beat egg, sugar and extract until thick. Add nuts and flour gradually, folding in after each addition.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 F 10 to 12 minutes.
