Ingredients:
Sweet green or yellow pepper - 1 (seeded and thinly sliced)
Tomatoes - 4 (sliced)
Sardines in oil - 2 cans (drained) or
Salame - 100 gms (thinly sliced)
Hard boiled eggs - 2 (sliced)
Black or green olives -50 gms
Oil and vinegar
Method:
Sweet green or yellow pepper - 1 (seeded and thinly sliced)

Method:
- This is typical mixed antipasto which can be varied at will to suit the contents of the store cupboard.
- The individual items can be served in separate dishes or arranged on a large flat platter.
- Serve oil and vinegar separately.
