Ingredients:
Rice vinegar - 1/2 cup
Light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Dashi - 1/2 cup
Method:
Rice vinegar - 1/2 cup
Light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Dashi - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Blend the vinegar and soy sauce together and dilute to taste with the dashi.
- If placed in an airtight container this dressing will keep almost indefinitely in the refrigerator.
