Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
fresh thick curd - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchoor - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Oil - 1- 2 tbsp
Method:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
fresh thick curd - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup

Amchoor - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Oil - 1- 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour curd, milk, oil and knead to make a smooth dough.
- Cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into chapati's.
- Heat the tawa and fry the chapati both sides by applying little oil.
- Serve hot with curry or curd.
