Ingredients:
Broad egg noodles- 150 gms
Bacon slices - -3 (diced)
Onion - 2 Tbsp (finely minced)
Cream cottage cheese or farmers cheese - 1/2 cup
Sour cream - 1/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Broad egg noodles- 150 gms
Bacon slices - -3 (diced)
Onion - 2 Tbsp (finely minced)

Sour cream - 1/4 cup

Method:
- Cook noodles in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain.
- Cook bacon in frying pan until lightly browned.
- Add onion and continue cooking until bacon is crisp.
- Remove bacon and onion with slotted spoon and set aside.
- discard all but 2 tbsp bacon fat. Add noodles to reserved bacon fat; mix well.
- Combine cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese mixture, bacon, and onion to noodles.
- toss to combine thoroughly and serve.
