MARSHMALLOW BANANA PUDDING

Ingredients:
Gelatin - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Egg whites - 3 (stiffly beaten)
Bananas - 3 (shredded)

Method:

• Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water 5 minutes.
• Add 1/4 cup boiling water and sugar; stir until dissolved.
• Cool. stirring occasionally, until congealing stars.
• Add egg whites,beat until very light.
• Add bananas, stir lightly. Chill until set.
• Serve with whipped cream.
