Ingredients:
White bread - 4 slices
Anchovy fillets - 8
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese - 4 thin slices
Oil or butter for frying
Method:

Method:
- Remove the crusts from the bread and cut each slice in half.
- Put a slice of cheese on one half, sprinkle with pepper and criss-cross with the anchovy fillets.
- Press the other half slice of bread on top.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sandwiches until brown on one side and the cheese has melted, then turn and brown the other side.
- Avoid turning the crostini before the cheese has melted or the two pieces of bread will not stick together.
