GRAND PASSION (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Gin - 60 ml
Passion fruit juice- 30 ml
Angostura bitters - 2 dashes

Method:

  • Shake with ice.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass.
Variation:
  • White rum makes a good substitute for the gin.

ICE CREAM BRANDY PUNCH

Ingredients:
Milk - 2 1/2 cups
Brandy - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Vanilla Ice cream - 500 ml

Method:

  • Place milk, brandy, and egg into bowl; beat well.
  • Add ice cream cut into small pieces; beat until frothy.
  • Pour into punch bowl.
  • Serve immediately.

ICEBREAKER (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Tequila - 2 ounces
grapefruit juice - 2 ounces
Grenadine syrup - 3/4 ounce
Cointreau - 1/2 ounce

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender with 4 ounces crushed ice and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve in a stemmed glass.

APPLE BRANDY

Ingredients:
Grenadine syrup - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Apple brandy - 50 ml

Method:
Shake well with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass.

AMBASSADOR (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Tequila - 50 ml
Orange juice - 50 ml
Superfine sugar - 2 tsp
Cracked ice - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Serve in a stemmed glass.

BLUE LAGOON (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Vodka - 75 ml
Blue curacao - 2 tsp
Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
Pineapple juice - 25 ml

Method:

  • Shake vigorously with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. 
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon.

CHOCOLATE RUM

Ingredients:
Light rum - 75 ml
White creme de cacao - 45 ml
White creme de menthe - 45 ml
Heavy cream - 1 tbsp
!51-proof rum - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Shake vigorously with ice cubes. 
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass.

BLACK VELVET (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Chilled dry sparkling white wine - 147 ml
Chilled stout - 147 ml

Method:

  • Combine the sparkling white wine and stout in a tall glass. stir gently.

BROWNIE (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Bourbon whiskey - 59 ml
Creme de cacao - 29 ml
Heavy cream - 1 tbsp
Almond liqueur - 1 tsp

Method:

  • Shake vigorously with ice cubes and strain into and old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes .
  • Garnish with an almond.

BLUE LAGOON (COCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
Vodka - 44 ml
Blue curacao - 2 tsp
Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
Pineapple juice - 14 ml

Method:

  • Shake vigorously with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a twist  of lemon.

Ingredients:
Bourbon whiskey - 44 ml
Rose's lime juice - 14 ml
Triple sec - 14 ml

Method:


  • Combine all the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass and stir.

Ingredients:
Brandy – 1 ounce
Sambucca – 1 ounce

Method:

  • Shake vigorously with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with twist of lemon.

STRAWBERRY DAWN

Ingredients:
Gin - 30 ml
Coconut cream - 30 ml
Strawberries - 4
Crushed ice
Fresh strawberry and slice of kiwi fruit for garnish

Method:

  • Blend the gin and coconut cream with strawberries and crushed ice in a blender.
  • Pour into a champagne saucer or cocktail glass.
  • Decorate with strawberry and kiwi fruit.

NEGRONI

Ingredients:
Campari - 25 ml
Sweet vermouth - 25 ml
Gin - 25 ml
Ice cubes

Method:

  • Stir well with ice cubes.
  • Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.

BANANA COLADA

Ingredients:
Dark rum - 40 ml
Banana - 1/2 (sliced)
Cream of coconut - 14 ml
Pineapple juice - 100 ml
Whipped cream - 25 ml

Method:

  • Put the rum, banana, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender.
  • Add crushed ice and blend well.
  • Pour into a tall glass ad top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with a banana slice.

Ingredients:
Orange curacao -10 ml
Fresh orange juice - 30 m
Champagne - 60 ml

Method:

  • Pour the juice and liqueur into a champagne flute and top with curacao.
