Ingredients:
Rice rawa - 500 gms
Lemons - 4
Oil- 100 gms
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - small piece
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Green chillies - 4
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)
Curry leaves - few
Method:
Rice rawa - 500 gms
Lemons - 4

Channa dal - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Green chillies - 4
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)

Method:
- Boil one litre of water in vessel. Add 1 tbsp of oil and rice rawa.Mix without lumps and Cook in low flame for 5 minutes or until done.
- Remove and transfer to large plate.
- Heat oil in a pan, add broken red chillies, urad dal, channa dal, asafoetida, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chopped green chillies and ginger. Remove and pour this over rawa.
- Add salt, lemon juice, turmeric to the rawa mixture.
- Mix gently and serve.
