Ingredients:
Butter - 225 gms
Brown sugar - 450 gms
Eggs - 2 (well beaten)
Flour - 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Pecans - 1 cup (chopped)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- melt butter in saucepan; dissolve brown sugar in melted butter. Remove from heat and let coll slightly.
- Add eggs, flour, and baking powder to brown sugar mixture.
- Stir in nuts and vanilla; mix well.
- Pour batter into well greased 9* 14" pan; bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
- let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
