Ingredients:
Dondakaya (Gherkins) - 100gms (finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 4-5 (Chopped)
green chillies - 10 - 12 (chopped)
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
salt to taste
oil -2 tsp
For seasoning: oil - 1tsp, urad dal, channa dal 1/2 tsp each, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp each, red chilli - 1, curry leaves
Method:
Dondakaya (Gherkins) - 100gms (finely chopped)

Tamarind juice - 1 tsp
garlic cloves - 4cumin seeds - 1tsp
salt to taste
oil -2 tsp
For seasoning: oil - 1tsp, urad dal, channa dal 1/2 tsp each, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds -1/4 tsp each, red chilli - 1, curry leaves
Method:
- Heat the oil in pan; add tomatoes and green chillies and fry till tomatoes cooked. Cool.
- Grind all the ingredients except dondakaya pieces.
- lastly add the pieces to the chutney blend just once for lightly crush.
- Heat the oil add all seasoning ingredients and fry till mustard crackles.
- Pour this talimpu on chutney and mix well.
- Serve with rice.
