Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 6-8 no.'s
green chillies - 10-12
tamarind juice - 1tsp
coriander seeds - 1 tsp
gingely seeds - 1tsp
coriander leaves
garlic cloves - 4
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
oil - 1tbsp
Method:
- Dry roast coriander seeds and gingely seeds and make it powder.
- Heat oil add chopped chillies and tomatoes cook till tomatoes soften.
- Grind all the ingredients and powder to make chutney.
- Serve with rice, idli and dosa
