Curry Leaf Rice

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Red Chillies - 3-4
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp


Method:

  • Heat oil in pan add red chillies, urad dal, channa dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Roast till the aroma comes out.
  • Take 3/4 of the above and grind to make fine powder.
  • Mix the remaining Roasted ingredients, powder, salt, turmeric to the cooked hot rice.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.
  • This is good when stomach upset.
