Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Raw mango - 1/2 cup (grated)
Salt to taste
Green chillies- 3 (chopped)
Ginger pieces - 1 tsp
Red chillies- 2
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil - 1-11/2 tbsp
Method:
Cooked Rice - 2 cups

Method:
- Heat oil in pan add red chillies, urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves and cook till mustard crackles.
- Add green chillies and ginger pieces and fry for 1 minute and remove from fire.
- Add this to cooked rice and also add grated mango, cashew nuts, salt and turmeric.
- Mix well and add more grated mango if required depending on sour taste.
- Serve directly no side dish is required.
