Ingredients:
Cabbage - 1 cup (grated)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Beans - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Corn flour - 4 tsp (or as required to bind)
Maida - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Garlic, Ginger - 2 tsp(finely chopped)
Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
chili sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Ajinamoto - 1/2 tsp
Spring onions (for garnishing)
Method:

Method:
- Mix cabbage, carrot, beans with flours, salt and pepper and add little water if required to make the balls.
- Mix well and make small round shaped balls.
- Heat oil in kadai, deep fry the balls till golden brown.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, chillies and fry for minute.
- Add sauces, salt, pepper, vinegar, ajinamoto and 1 cup water and brings to boil it.
- Mix 1 tsp of corn flour in water and add to the above.
- Add fried balls and cook another 2 minutes.
- Balls absorb all the water then garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce
