Banana Fritters

Ingredients:
Ripe Bananas - 6
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Maida - 1 cup or as required to make thick  batter
Sugar to taste
Ghee to fry


Method:

  • Mash bananas and mix in beaten eggs and milk.
  • Add sugar and Maida to make the mixture into slightly thick batter without lumps.
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat ghee in kadai,drop1 tsp of batter for each fritter and fry  till golden brown.
