Ingredients:
Capsicums - 250 gms
Onions - 2-3
Tomatoes - 2
Green chillies - 5-6
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Capsicums - 250 gms

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Chop onions and capsicums into small pieces. Slit green chillies.
- Finely chop tomatoes and beat curd.
- Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, fry till cumin splutters.
- Add onions and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes. Add capsicum, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder. Cook in low flame till tender.
- Add tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the sides.
- Add curd and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Lastly add garam masala and mix well.
- Remove and serve hot.
