Ingredients:
White Sesame seeds - 1 cup
Jaggery - 75 gms
Method:

Method:
- Grind sesame seeds coarsely in mixer or use mortar and pestle. When it is 3/4th done add grated jaggery and grind till well blended.
- Remove and make laddu's.
- Store in airtight container.
- This is healthy food for girls at teenage.
