Eggless Chocolate Souffle

Milk - 1 litre
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Gelatin - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 150 gm
Vanilla essence - few drops


  • Heat the milk in a vessel. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  • Mix gelatin in warm water and dissolve it. Add this to the milk.
  • Pour into a glass bowl, keep it in freezer till almost set.
  • Take out and blend the mixture with cream, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
  • Pour back into glass bowl and refrigerate.
  • Serve cold.
