Ingredients:
Hung Curd - 500 gms (fresh)
Sugar powder - 200 gm
Cardamom powder - 1/8 tsp
Cashew nuts - 10
Chironji - 2 tsp
Method:
Hung Curd - 500 gms (fresh)

Method:
- For hung curd, tie the fresh curd in muslin cloth and hang for one hour.
- In a bowl, put the curd and sugar and mix well till smooth.
- Add cardamom powder and keep it in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled, garnish with chironji and cashew nuts.
