Ingredients:
Skinned Moong dal - 2 cups (soaked)
Fresh coconut - 1 cup(grated)
Green chillies - 2-3
coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Method:
Skinned Moong dal - 2 cups (soaked)

Method:
- Drain the water completely from the dal.
- Put dal, grated coconut, chopped green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Toss well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, fry till mustard crackles.
- Pour this over dal mixture.
- Mix thoroughly and serve.
