Ingredients:
Butter- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Egg- 1
Flour- 1/2 cup
Ground cinnamon- 1 1/4 tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Pecans- 1 cup (finely chopped)
Method:

Method:
- Cream butter, add sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly.
- Add egg and beat until fluffy.
- Sift flour, cinnamon, and salt together. Add to creamed mixture and mix until blended. Stir in pecans. Turn into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350F 40 min.
- Cut into small bars while still warm; coat with confectioner's sugar.
