QUICK RASPBERRY AND BANANA SORBET

Ingredients:
Small bananas - 2
Frozen raspberries - 225 gms
Fresh mint -4 springs

Method:

  • Put the banana and unthawed frozen raspberries into a food processor and liquidize for 2-3 minutes until the fruit has been pureed.
  • Spoon the fruit mixture into small individual bowls, garnish with mint springs and serve.
