For filling:
Green chillis- 6
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Mango powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

For batter:
Gram flour-1 cup
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Thyme-1/2 tsp
Gram masala-1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

For filling:
  • Silt green chillis and remove the seeds.Combine all masalas for the filling.
  • Stuff a little of this mixture into the green chillies and keep aside.
For batter:
  • Prepare a thick batter using gram flour,red chilli powder,thyme,salt and water.
  • Dip stuffed green chillies into the gram  flour batter and deep  fry in oil until they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with a chutney.
