Ingredients:
Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup (sifted)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
Vanilla extract - 3/4 tsp
Lemon peel - 1/2 tsp (grated)
Coconut - 1/2 cup (flaked)
Coarsely pecans - 3/4 cup (chopped)
Semisweet chocolate pieces - 1/2 cup
Method:
Graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup (sifted)

Method:
- Blend crumbs, flour and salt. Add condensed milk, extract, and lemon peel; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake at 325 F 30 minutes.
- While warm, cut into bars.
