Ingredients:
Plain chocolate - 50 g (broken into small pieces)
Golden syrup - 2 tbsp
Caster sugar - 100 g
Cocoa - 1 tbsp
Hot water - 5 tbsp
Butter - 25 g
Cold water - 1 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Put the chocolate inn a heavy-based saucepan with the golden syrup, sugar, cocoa and hot water.
- Stir over a gentle heat until melted. Increase the heat and cook rapidly, without stirring, until the soft ball stage is reached.
- Remove from the heat and gently stir in the butter and cold water.
- Serve immediately with vanilla, walnut or pear ice cream.
