Ingredients:
Paneer - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1/2 kg
Oil - 250 g
Tomatoes - 1/2 kg
Capsicum - 250 g
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Coriander - 10 g
Cumin seeds - 10 g
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Method:
Paneer - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1/2 kg
Oil - 250 g
Tomatoes - 1/2 kg
Capsicum - 250 g
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Coriander - 10 g
Cumin seeds - 10 g
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Method:
- Chop tomatoes and onions and keep aside. Cut capsicums in large rings. Heat oil in a kadai and add onions.
- Saute the onions till they become deep brown. Then add cumin seeds, coriander, ginger-garlic paste and the remaining spices.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum and cook till done.
- When the browned oil floats add 1x1 pieces of paneer.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
