Ingredients:
Medium Anjou (or) Bosc pears - 2
Grape-nuts cereal - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/3 cup
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Instant lemon pudding package - 1
Method:
Medium Anjou (or) Bosc pears - 2
Grape-nuts cereal - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/3 cup

Method:
- Dice pears
- Combine grape-nuts, coconut, brown sugar and butter.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Alternate layers of cereal mixture, pears, and pudding in dessert dishes; chill.
