MUSHROOM MASALA

Ingredients:
Boiled mushrooms - 1/2 kg
Onions - 250 g
Tomatoes - 250 g
Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 100 g
Small quantity of ginger
Green chillies
Green coriander
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add onions. Saute onions till they become pink and add tomatoes and mushrooms and all spices except garam masala.
  • Cook till the juice of tomatoes dries up.
  • Then add ketchup and mix thoroughly. Also add green coriander, green chillies and garam masala. 
  • Mix well and your dish is ready for serving.
